“Thank you for calling Lumen Skin Studio. This is Avery, the studio's AI assistant. I can help you book a consultation, answer questions about our services, or pass a message to our team. Are you calling about a new consultation today?” An example AI receptionist for a fictional business, Lumen Skin Studio.
Your business runs. It just runs harder than it should.
Each one is a hidden business tax you pay every month, whether it shows up on the books or not. Choose the one that sounds most like your week.
Operational intelligence
See your business the way we do.
Most providers start by selling you a tool. We start by measuring how your business really runs, so every recommendation is backed by your own numbers.
Where the hours go. Admin time measured, job duties mapped, double entry found.
Where customers slip away. Missed calls, slow replies and follow-ups that never happen.
What your tools really cost. Every subscription, overlap and gap between systems.
How you show up to customers. Brand, website, reviews and competitors, and where new revenue could come from.
What could stop you. What happens to your clients if a system or a key person goes down, and how long you can afford to be down, in dollars.
What to fix first. A ranked plan with the impact estimated in ranges, not guesses.
AI Readiness Assessment: $2,500 at the founding rate ($3,500 standard), paid once and credited in full toward your Transformation project if you go ahead within 30 days of your results review. 3× Guarantee: if we don’t find opportunities worth at least 3× the fee you paid, per year ($7,500 at the founding rate), your fee is refunded. Meet the Founder
From One Business Owner to Another.
You built something real. Here’s why I built Firewatch to stand behind it.
A note from our founder
Running a business takes more than most people realize. You’re responsible for your customers, your employees, and keeping everything moving, often while figuring things out on your own. After nearly two decades working alongside large corporations and small businesses, I’ve seen the gap firsthand. Large companies have entire departments dedicated to solving problems, while business owners are often left wearing every hat. And too often, someone comes along selling another solution without ever understanding the problem.
That’s why I founded Firewatch Intelligence. We listen before we recommend and assess before we implement. We take the time to understand how your business actually operates, uncover what’s costing you time, revenue, and opportunities, and identify risks you may not even know exist. More importantly, we show you what’s possible when those challenges are addressed. We put the findings, financial impact, solutions, and investment in front of you. No pressure. No unnecessary technology. No surprises. You stay in control.
Here’s what makes us different: we don’t just tell you what needs to change. We help transform it, build what you need, and stay involved to keep it working. We earn your trust through patience, transparency, communication, and accountability, not promises. You didn’t build your business to spend every day fighting to keep it running. You built it to become something greater. From one business owner to another, you deserve a partner who sees what others miss, protects what you’ve built, and helps you achieve what’s next.

Our experience, working for you
What our experience means for you
Tap any area to see how it helps your business.
For you
We find the real bottleneck before recommending anything, so you fix the cause, not the symptom.
For you
We bring the discipline of large organizations, sized for yours: clear owners, clear steps, nothing left to chance.
For you
Every process we touch gets a standard, a check and a way to measure it, so improvements hold.
For you
Your systems, access and customer data are protected from day one, not as an afterthought.
For you
Every AI employee has limits, a supervisor and an audit trail, so you stay in control.
For you
We automate what’s ready and keep people on what needs judgement.
This describes our leadership’s professional experience. It is not a record of Firewatch client results, which we publish only when they are measured and approved by the client.
The Firewatch Approach
What’s the Biggest Challenge Holding Your Business Back?
Three quick steps, about a minute. Tell us what’s slowing you down, and we’ll show you where to start.
About a minute. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

How We Work
From first conversation to ongoing management.
How Firewatch finds the friction, fixes the process, puts AI to work and keeps it running, with people in control at every step.
Your journey, in four stages
Before we recommend a solution, we listen.
Your journey with Firewatch, in four stages
Stage
What we do
What you provide
What you get
1Stage 1: Listen and assess
We listen to your biggest challenge, map how the work really runs, measure what it costs, and check your risks and AI readiness.
A short intake, the information we request, and a few scheduled sessions.
Your Growth Blueprint: money leaks in dollars, your risks, your AI Readiness Score and a ranked 90-day plan.
2Stage 2: Decide
We recommend what fits, say what should stay human, and put the scope, timeline and price in writing.
A decision. Nothing goes ahead without your written approval.
A clear scope, agreed milestones and a fixed investment, with no surprises.
3Stage 3: Transform and deploy
We fix and document your processes, set up your platform, then configure, test and launch your AI employees with your team.
A point person, timely approvals and access to the tools we connect.
Working systems, a trained team, and milestones backed by our 90-day promise.
4Stage 4: Run and improve
We supervise your AI employees, handle support tickets, check the system every month and keep improving it.
A short monthly review, and a heads-up when something in your business changes.
A monthly report against your baseline, plus the reviews and specialist time your plan includes.
Nothing is recommended until we agree on what’s really wrong, and nothing is built until you approve it in writing.

Run Your Whole Business in One Place.
With a corporate-level team behind you, without the corporate budget.
We find what’s holding your business back, fix how the work gets done, and run it on one coordinated system with you. Here’s what you get, and what it’s worth to you.
Doing nothing has a cost. You’re already paying it.
When the processes aren’t right, every business pays a tax that never shows up on an invoice: missed customers, wasted hours and money that quietly disappears. You can keep paying it every month, or make one investment and stop it.
Missed calls and inquiriesCustomers who called once and went to a competitor.
Hours on repeat workAdmin that software could do while you sleep.

An estimate from your numbers, not a promise. Your assessment measures the real figures.
And the cost nobody counts.
In most service businesses the owner is the heartbeat. Fighting the same problems every week wears down confidence and momentum, and the whole business feels it. Business health has to be monitored, maintained and improved, like anything else that matters.
What you get
Five functions. One coordinated system.
A corporation has people running operations, marketing, sales, governance and coordination. Most small businesses buy five disconnected services, then coordinate them alone. We run all five together, on one platform.

Continuous improvement
Every month, we ask six questions.
What worked this month?
What didn’t work as expected?
What opportunities did we miss?
What can we improve?
What measurable progress have we made?
What should we prioritize next?
The answers drive monthly reviews, quarterly strategy evaluations and periodic re-assessments, depending on your plan. We run Firewatch the same way.
For established and regulated organizations, Firewatch also works as an advisory partner.

Terms
Pricing & Guarantee Terms
How Firewatch prices, bills and guarantees its work, in plain language. Your signed agreement is the final word; if anything here differs from it, the agreement applies.
Last updated October 2026
Review build note (not shown on the live site): draft for attorney review before launch. Policies marked in your reply need your confirmation.
How pricing works
Firewatch work has up to three parts: a one-time Assessment, a one-time Transformation project to build everything, and a monthly plan fee to run, manage and improve it.
Published prices are starting points. Plans start at $2,500 (Foundation), $5,000 (Growth) and $9,500 (Partner, a founding rate for the first 5 Partner clients; standard $12,500) a month, with Transformation projects from $5,000–$7,500, $10,000–$15,000 and $20,000–$35,000 respectively. Your exact price depends on what your assessment finds and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
The AI Readiness Assessment
The AI Readiness Assessment costs $3,500 at the standard rate, or $2,500 at the founding rate for our first 20 Assessment clients, paid before it begins. It is built into Foundation, Growth and Partner. It ends with your Growth Blueprint: a report covering operations, risk and recovery, AI readiness, customers, brand and market position, and a ranked plan.
Credit: if you sign a plan or project agreement within 30 days of your results review, the full assessment fee is credited toward your Transformation project. You never pay for the assessment twice.
The 3× Guarantee
If your Growth Blueprint does not identify opportunities worth at least three times the fee you paid, per year ($7,500 at the founding rate; $10,500 at the standard rate), we refund your assessment fee. The guarantee applies to the assessment bought on its own (Option 1), provided all of the following apply:
Fit. The assessment was offered after an introductory conversation confirmed a good fit.
Participation. You completed the intake within 10 business days; shared the information we requested (for example call records, software bills and a revenue range); gave read access to the systems under review; and attended the kickoff, walkthrough and results review.
Claim. You asked for the refund in writing within 14 days of your results review.
Not yet credited. The fee has not been credited toward an implementation.
What counts: estimated yearly savings plus recovered or new revenue identified in your Blueprint, each shown with its assumptions. These are estimates of opportunity, not promises of results.Limits: one guarantee per business. Approved refunds are paid within 30 days to the original payment method.Research: Firewatch may use anonymized, combined findings to improve its methods. We never share anything that identifies your business.
Transformation projects
The Transformation project covers building your platform, processes and AI employees, as described in your statement of work. Build only: the same work handed over to your team, priced at the Transformation project plus 25%, with no monthly Firewatch fee; you cover platform and usage costs.
For Transformation projects under $30,000, the fee is due when work begins. Custom projects from $30,000 are paid in phases tied to milestones, typically a deposit at kickoff and the balance as milestones are delivered, as set out in your agreement.
Work completed before a cancellation is not refundable. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins with your written approval.
Plans
Plans start with a 6-month initial term, then continue month to month. The Launch plan starts with a 3-month initial term.
90-day milestone promise: at kickoff we agree your milestones in writing. If we miss an agreed milestone in your first 90 days of Managed Operations for a reason within our control, your next month of Managed Operations is free. It does not apply to delays caused by missing information, access or approvals on your side, or to events outside our control. One free month per milestone period.
Your level’s inclusions, such as AI employees, specialist time and reviews, are listed on the pricing page and in your agreement. You can move up a level at any time; moving down takes effect at the start of the next billing month after your initial term.
Additional costs
These are stated up front and never added without your agreement:
Usage: each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes and texts (Launch 300 minutes and 500 texts; Foundation 600 and 1,000; Growth 1,500 and 2,500; Partner 3,000 and 5,000). Usage beyond the allowance is billed at $0.25 a minute and $0.03 a text.
Ad spend: paid directly by you to the ad platform.
Regulated businesses: the platform’s healthcare-ready plan and its signed data-protection agreement are billed at cost.
Third-party services you choose: billed as agreed in writing.
Billing and payment
Monthly fees are billed in advance each month by ACH bank transfer or card. Implementation and assessment fees are invoiced as described above. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Cancelling
After the initial term (6 months for Foundation, Growth and Partner; 3 months for the Launch plan), you can cancel a plan with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for a month in progress are not refunded. The assessment refund is covered only by the 3× Guarantee above.
Your data
Your customer data and accounts are yours. If you leave, we help you export your data. How we handle information you share through this website is described in our Privacy notice.
Changes and questions
We may update published prices and these terms. Changes never apply to an agreement already signed until its next renewal, and we give clients at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Four options. Each one includes everything before it, and every option starts with your Assessment: the diagnosis that shows what to fix first.

Your questions, answered
Is this the same as a plan?
No. Option 1 is the diagnosis on its own, paid once. It isn’t a subscription.
Do I keep the report?
Yes. Your Growth Blueprint is yours, whether or not you go further.
Does the $2,500 count toward anything?
Yes. Move up to Option 2, 3 or 4 within 30 days of your results review, and the full $2,500 comes off that option’s Transformation project.
If I choose Option 2, 3 or 4, do I pay for the Assessment separately?
No. It’s built in. Every option starts with it.
If I move up later, do I pay for another Assessment?
No, never. Your Blueprint already shows what comes next.
Why every option starts here
Most businesses buy tools or hire help for the symptom they can see. The Assessment finds the cause first: where you lose time, money and customers, what each one costs you, and what to fix first. You decide with real numbers, not a sales pitch.
3×
Our guarantee
We find it, or your fee comes back.
If your Blueprint doesn’t identify opportunities worth at least 3× the fee you paid, per year ($7,500 at the founding rate), we refund your assessment fee. This applies to Option 1, the Assessment bought on its own.
Your part: complete the intake within 10 business days, share what we ask for, and attend the kickoff, walkthrough and results review. To claim: tell us in writing within 14 days of your results review.
Guarantee fine print +
Who it’s for
The guarantee applies to assessments we offer after an introductory conversation confirms we’re a good fit.
Your part
Complete the intake within 10 business days, share the information we request (for example call records, software bills and a revenue range), give us read access to the systems we review, and attend the kickoff, walkthrough and results review.
What counts
Estimated yearly savings plus recovered or new revenue identified in your Blueprint, each shown with its assumptions. These are estimates, not guaranteed results.
How to claim
Tell us in writing within 14 days of your results review. Approved refunds are paid within 30 days.
Limits
One guarantee per business. It no longer applies once the fee has been credited toward an implementation.
Research
Firewatch may use anonymized, combined findings to improve its methods. We never share anything that identifies your business.

Every option starts by checking that your business is ready. Then every AI employee runs under clear rules:
A written job description, a named human supervisor and limits on what it must never do
Every action logged, and a sample reviewed by a person every month
Changes tested and approved before they go live
Access to your systems and customer data limited and reviewed every quarter
Switched off within one business day if anything goes wrong
Your monthly Boardroom
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Every month, experienced professionals from our vetted specialist network review your numbers: what your AI handled, what it saved, what’s working and what to fix next. Bigger build? Custom Transformation projects with several AI employees, integrations, a brand refresh or multiple locations start at $30,000 and are paid in phases tied to milestones, not all up front.
Usage allowance included: every option includes monthly AI voice minutes and texts, shown in its details. Beyond that: $0.25 a minute and $0.03 a text. Also stated up front: ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform; regulated businesses add the platform’s healthcare-ready plan at cost. Full pricing terms.
Because every business loses money in different places. The Assessment finds yours and puts a dollar figure on each one, so what we build is based on your numbers, not a template. Choose Option 2, 3 or 4 and it’s built in. Buy it on its own (Option 1) and it’s backed by the 3× Guarantee.
Will I pay for the Assessment again if I change plans?+
No. You pay for it once. If you start with Foundation and later move to Growth or Partner, there’s no new Assessment fee. Your Blueprint already shows what the next step is.
What if I only want the Assessment?+
That’s Option 1. You keep your Growth Blueprint and its 90-day plan, and you can use it with your own team. There’s no obligation to continue with us.
What does the price include?+
The one-time Transformation project covers building everything. The monthly fee covers running, managing and improving it, plus the people and support in your option. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes and texts; usage beyond it is billed at a stated rate. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform. Nothing else is added without your written approval.
How long is the commitment?+
Foundation, Growth and Partner start with a 6-month term; the Launch plan starts with a 3-month term. After that, plans continue month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Why not just buy the software?+
Software gives you tools, then you set them up, connect them and manage them yourself. We diagnose what’s wrong, fix the process, run the system and stay accountable for results.

Pricing & payment
What does the price include?+
The one-time Transformation project covers building everything. The monthly fee covers running, managing and improving it, plus the people and support in your option. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes and texts; usage beyond it is billed at a stated rate. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform. Nothing else is added without your written approval.
How long is the commitment?+
Foundation, Growth and Partner start with a 6-month term; the Launch plan starts with a 3-month term. After that, plans continue month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
What are founding rates?+
Our first clients get today’s prices: the AI Readiness Assessment at $2,500 for the first 20 clients ($3,500 standard), and Partner at $9,500 a month for the first 5 Partner clients ($12,500 standard). Foundation and Growth prices are the same for everyone.
Is there an option for smaller businesses?+
Yes. The Launch plan is for businesses under $400K a year: $497 a month plus a $497 setup fee, with a 3-month minimum. You get your platform, one ready-made AI employee, a monthly scorecard and the group Boardroom. It opens soon; join the founding list on the Pricing page.
Can I pay in phases?+
Yes, for larger builds. Custom projects from $30,000 are paid in phases tied to milestones, typically a deposit at kickoff and the balance as milestones are delivered.
Can I move to another option later?+
Yes. You can move up at any time, with no new Assessment fee. Moving down takes effect at the start of the next billing month after your initial term.
The AI Readiness Assessment & guarantee
What do I get from the AI Readiness Assessment?+
Your Growth Blueprint: where you lose money, in dollars; a map of how your work flows; your measured baseline; a risk and recovery check (what happens if a system or a key person goes down, and how long you can afford to be down); your AI Readiness Score; a ranked 90-day plan; plus your ideal customer profile, brand and market position, website fixes, a posting plan and targets for the year.
How does the 3× Guarantee work?+
If your Growth Blueprint doesn’t identify opportunities worth at least 3× the fee you paid, per year ($7,500 at the founding rate), we refund your assessment fee, as long as you complete your part: the intake, the information we request and the scheduled sessions. It applies to the AI Readiness Assessment bought on its own (Option 1). See the full terms.
What does “credited toward your Transformation project” mean?+
If you move up to Foundation, Growth or Partner within 30 days of your results review, the full assessment fee comes off that option’s Transformation project. You never pay for the assessment twice.
Can I start without an assessment?+
Every option starts with it: it’s built into Foundation, Growth and Partner, because it’s how we find the real problem. If your need is already clear, for example a single AI receptionist, we can scope it directly.
Working with Firewatch
How fast will I see results?+
Your plan sets milestones from day one, and we report against them every month, starting from the baseline in your Blueprint. You’ll see what changed, what it’s worth and what’s next.
What do I need to do?+
Share how your business runs, approve the plan and each AI employee’s job, and join a short monthly review. We handle the rest.
Why not just buy the software?+
Software gives you tools, then you set them up, connect them and manage them yourself. We diagnose what’s wrong, fix the process, run the system and stay accountable for results.
Do you work with my industry?+
We focus on healthcare and aesthetics, logistics and distribution, financial services and professional services, and work with other service businesses too. Your assessment adapts to how your industry works.
What happens after I send a request?+
A member of the team reviews your answers personally, then contacts you at the time you prefer to arrange a conversation. No preparation needed, and no obligation.
AI employees, data & security
What if an AI employee makes a mistake?+
Every AI employee has a job description, limits and a supervisor on your team, and hands sensitive matters to a person. We monitor them, and anything that goes wrong is fixed as part of your support. Open a ticket and we’re on it.
Do I own my data?+
Yes. Your customer data and accounts are yours. If you ever leave, we help you export your data.
Is my information secure?+
Each AI employee and team member gets access only to what the job needs. Regulated businesses get the platform’s healthcare-ready setup under a signed data-protection agreement, plus governance reviews.

Your business runs. It just runs harder than it should.
Most of the work that wears teams down isn't hard. It's repeated, scattered across systems, and invisible until something slips. Tap a problem to see what it costs and what changes.
The problem
Calls come in during appointments, over lunch and after hours. They go to voicemail, and many callers never leave a message.
The business cost
Missed inquiries, callers who book with a competitor, and staff time spent returning calls to people who have already moved on.
What changes with Firewatch
Every call answered. Every inquiry captured.
An AI Receptionist answers day or night, captures the details, books by your rules and routes anything sensitive to your team.
Whether it’s just you, a lean team wearing several hats, or a department covering open positions, routine work waits while your people stretch to cover it.
The business cost
Slower service, follow-ups that slip, tired staff, and growth limited by what your team can physically get to.
